  • Discovery Session

    The first thing we do is sit down with you to have a conversation. If you’re in Perth, we typically do this over a cup of coffee. For our international or out-of-state clients, we’ll do it via Skype. During the discovery session we’re going to ask a lot of questions with an intention to understand you and what you want. It gives us a chance to get clarity on the situation, and also gives you a chance to asses us and decide whether or not it feels like a good fit.   • Take our Predictor Profile Assessments

    If it feels like a good fit, then the next step is for you to take our Predictor Profile assessments. The most important thing to understand about the Predictors is that they highlight what we call your blind spots. These are thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, etc.; things you do that you’re not aware you’re doing, and they’re pulling the rug out from under your own feet. The Predictors identify these blinds spots which enables us to support you to handle them.

  • Leadership Performance Evaluation & Strategy Session

    Once we receive the results of your assessments we sit down with you for up to 3 hours in what we call a Leadership Performance Evaluation & Strategy Session to ensure you understand what the assessments say about you and determine what, if anything, you’d like to improve. You can’t get to where you’re going to if you don’t know where you’re starting from; this evaluation will give you a clear picture of what your starting point is.

  • Commence Coaching Program

    Once the Evaluation & Strategy Session is complete, if there are things you’d like assistance to change, we work out an agreement for coaching. It could be one on one coaching, or you could take part in one of our group coaching programs.
