This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Objective Enterprises Pty Ltd t/a Advanced Business Abilities “advancedbusinessabilities.com ” (“COMPANY,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from COMPANY. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. Privacy
Any personal information provided to us will be kept private. You will not be spammed in anyway and we will not sell or disclose your information to any other companies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of our advertisers or commenters on any of Advanced Business Abilities sites.

We use Conversion Tracking and Custom Audiences from this website. Third parties such as
Facebook may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information
from your website and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement
services and target ads.

Unless otherwise noted, Advanced Business Abilities, is the legal copyright holder of the material on this website and it may not be used, reprinted, or published without our written consent.

Refunds, Cancellations and “No Shows”
Advanced Business Abilities has a strict “No Refund” policy other than 2 situations: 1) where there is a guarantee in place, and the conditions of the guarantee are valid; and 2) Where your paperwork indicates there is a cooling off period. In cases of workshops where you change your mind, a refund will not be given, although you can transfer your ticket to another person, or reschedule to another date. Costs may apply and we refer you to our T’s and C’s on your paperwork. A “No Show” for either a workshop, or an individual 1-on-1 coaching session does incur costs, and will be charged at the full fee of that event if we are not notified. There is a scale for this fee as noted below (unless documented otherwise on your paperwork):
