What am I saying ‘Yes’ to?

That’s my favourite question to ask myself when I’m making any decision.

It helps me use my mind to think of things that haven’t come to my attention yet about this decision.

This gives me more clarity on the information I have about the decision and often sparks a series of new thoughts.

It also helps keep emotion at bay.
