About Mike Irving.

The founder of ABA, Mike Irving, tried out the outer ‘executive' look early in his career as a salesforce trainer. He wanted to show the world he had everything under control. As a result, he inadvertently spent so much time trying to make it look like he was in control, that he lost sight of actually solving the problems in front of him. The outer qualities of leadership didn't carry the same weight because they lacked the inner work.

After deeply understanding where true presence comes from, Mike was able to develop the communication skills that allowed him to be present for his business colleagues, family and himself.
