Sales Ability Test

The ability tests are exactly what they sound like - testing a candidate's ability to do something. These assessments provide information on your candidates People & Interpersonal Skills such as:

  • Ability to understand human nature
  • Supervisor, trainer,and coaching abilities
  • Know how to handle people
  • Customer service strength
  • Understanding of effective communication
  • Willingness to confront difficult situations
  • Confidence
  • Initiative

They also cover logic and critical thinking skills that will let you know how well your candidate will be able to think outside the box to solve problems. There are two different ability tests, the sales ability and the IC (Individual Contributor) ability. The sales ability test is recommended for any sales related role as it provides additional information on a candidate’s understanding of sales, and the IC ability is recommended for all other positions.
